Unless otherwise stated, we own or license the intellectual property in the Website and its content (including text, layout, branding, graphics, and compilation of domain listings).   • Availability, pricing, and transfer terms may change without notice until a binding agreement or completed marketplace transaction.
  • Prices shown in United States dollars (USD) are indicative unless otherwise stated and exclude GST, transfer fees, and registry charges where applicable.
  • Some domains are offered via third-party marketplaces such as Sedo, which apply their own terms, fees, and processes.
  • Domains shown in our portfolio are generally not offered for sale unless expressly stated otherwise on a for-sale listing.
  • Nothing on the Website — including a displayed price, “Buy Now” label, domain detail page, or FAQ answer — constitutes an offer capable of acceptance by itself. A separate written or marketplace agreement is required for a binding sale or transfer.
  • Geographical, place-name, and real-estate style domain names are sold as domain name registrations only. They do not include real property, tenancies, businesses, client lists, goodwill of a locality, or any authority to represent a council, government body, residents’ association, or existing business.

Intellectual property

The Farming Domains name, logo, and original Website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Domain names listed for sale are offered for transfer of registration rights in accordance with applicable registry and registrar policies. Listing a domain does not grant you any rights in that name until a valid transfer is completed.
